Stadiums definitely have their place. Let’s face it, without fitness clubs, many people would never exercise. There are certain people, and you may be one of those people who need motivation to exercise and practice. The atmosphere of the gym makes some people fit. Whether from the point of view of people who are better off than we are, or perhaps, conversely, those who are worse off and make us feel better about ourselves; For whatever reason, health clubs are helping thousands and perhaps millions of people to exercise and get better.
Treadmills, step stairs, rotation classes, aerobics classes, tai bo, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, list goes on. All of these exercises and aerobic classes are each appealing to different people, and will work if practiced with intensity and commitment. In most cases, all of the above activities take place inside a building, usually a health or fitness club. However, I would like to point out an activity that I feel can be healthier and more stimulating than any other activity: walking.
One of the best all-rounder aerobic activities that everyone can do is walking. The best part is that you do not get this exercise at any cost, because it is done outdoors at the Nature Health Club! Yes, going to the gym and pushing the pedals, stepping on the treadmill or pushing up the stairs will definitely burn unwanted body fat and your body will do well. But in my opinion, a bodybuilding club simply can not compete with nature. On top of that, here are seven benefits of walking over indoor aerobic activity:
1. Breathing fresh and healthy air is more beneficial than getting bodybuilding air with sweat and body odor. It tastes even better!
2. Walking stimulates and sharpens any physical sensation.
3. Increases brain function.
4. The actors are busy. You really can’t be alone in a room full of people.
5. Lower cost Once you buy a good pair of shoes or shoes, you will no longer receive a fee.
6. You do not need to wait for a walk, as you do for cars or weights in the gym.
7. Outdoors are more diverse. Gyms are almost the same.
In 2004, the results of an intriguing study on how walking affects a person’s fats and blood sugar were published. The Austrian researchers announced their findings after an in-depth comparison of two groups of people selected to study the effects of walking. It happened in the Alps on a ski slope. One group climbed uphill for two months, while the second group was lifted by cable car to a higher altitude, then moved downhill. After this two-month period, the groups changed their respective schedules and repeated the experiment.
The findings showed that walking both uphill and downhill has excellent health benefits. Both walks lowered LDL cholesterol, known as “bad” cholesterol. Triglyceride levels decreased only from uphill walking, while downhill walking was almost twice as effective in lowering blood sugar and improving glucose tolerance.
This information is amazing I have always known that walking is great for the body, but this particular study breaks it down and shares information I did not know. Researchers at the Voralberg Institute for the Study and Treatment of Arteries are the ones who conducted this intensive study. Until now, the benefits of walking could only be theorized and no real scientific information was available. Walking is really great for boosting our fitness and keeping us healthy!
