Anyone who is physically fit and over 10 years old can take this walk. But this is a long journey and so you have to be prepared for it.

What is the level of difficulty of walking?

This route is one of the easiest walks for those who have considerable experience in mountaineering. However, if you are a beginner, it can be difficult to moderate. This is a relatively difficult measurement given the experience of the climber. However, compared to other trips, it can be said that this is a relatively difficult walk.

Especially in winter it becomes more challenging because of the cold and wind that can cool you down to your bones. That’s why you need to be prepared for very low temperatures.

Also, you have to walk about 8 km every day. This means that you need to build strength and endurance.

Are there any risks?

Although this walk is not difficult, your body should still be ready for 8 hours of walking every day. It is recommended to run at least 3 to 4 km every day and gradually increase your running speed until you can run up to 5 km in about 30 minutes. Since this is a winter trip, you should make sure that you wear many layers of warm clothes.
